Christmas preparations

Mandy informs me that I have a few Agapanthus in bloom in my own garden in George!
I'm so happy that despite my absence our gardens are in sync and
getting ready for Christmas.
Our neighbour across the river has had a tragic death in her family, but has once again
generously offered her magnificent hydrangeas for picking on Christmas morning.
A Panettone has surreptitiously found its way to Mandy's kitchen, (thanks Malcolm!), and
I do believe the JC is already chilling.   The hydrangeas and agapanthus (agapanthi, Casper?)
are in bloom.
We will be together on Christmas morning, across the universe, from Hong Kong to George.

Above, our spot between the pond and the river.
Below, Ava's garden, Mandy's granddaughter.
I think this spot should be chosen this Christmas.

It's closer to my house, too.
Wish We Were There.

You are sounding very homesick Dalene. My "Aggies"are in flower now and I just love the dark purple one called black pantha. Best wishes to you for Christmas. Ian

Thanks, Ian. Yes, always want to be home for Christmas, but this year will give my HK home a second chance. The black pantha sounds absolutely beautiful! I love blue flowers and panthers! Post a pic please! Wishing you a merry Christmas too.
